In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

1.2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work to rectify the issue by providing you with the correct item or issuing a refund.

 

1.3. Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request specific information about the issue to improve our products, and we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
